Techra
DeepTech Infrastructure · Semiconductor Materials · Regulatory Architecture
Techra develops and structures capital intensive deep tech and semiconductor infrastructure projects operating at the intersection of advanced materials engineering, industrial execution and regulatory architecture.
The initiative focuses on projects where technological complexity, long term CAPEX, regulatory constraints and European industrial policy objectives must be addressed jointly rather than sequentially.

Project SiC — High Purity Synthesis Line
Project SiC is a phased industrial infrastructure project focused on the synthesis and processing of high purity silicon carbide (SiC) materials for power electronics. The scope covers crystal growth, wafer processing and epitaxy, with progressive scale up toward industrial production capacity.
Silicon carbide is a strategic material for next generation power electronics used in electromobility, renewable energy systems, industrial drives and critical infrastructure. Ensuring secure and resilient access to SiC substrates and epitaxy is a key challenge for the European semiconductor value chain.
The project is aligned with European industrial policy objectives, including the goals of the European Chips Act, addressing supply chain resilience, advanced materials capability and long term asset retention within the EU.
Planned investment scale: high hundreds of millions of euros, implemented through staged CAPEX deployment.

MiCA & DORA — Regulatory Architecture
MiCA Gap Analysis
Identification of regulatory, operational and governance gaps affecting compliance, funding readiness and execution risk in technology and infrastructure projects.
MiCA Roadmap
Phased adaptation plan aligning operations, governance and IT architecture with MiCA and DORA requirements.
MiCA Blueprint
Target project level regulatory architecture defining governance, control layers, asset flows and compliance structure, ready for funding and implementation processes.
Regulatory Architecture for Infrastructure
Application of MiCA and DORA principles to industrial and infrastructure projects beyond classic fintech and digital asset use cases.
RWA Framework
RWA (Real World Assets) Framework is a project level architectural approach to structuring, governing and assessing real world industrial and infrastructure assets in regulated digital environments.
The framework supports the analysis of ownership structures, governance models, value representation and long term capital organisation for asset heavy projects, aligned with European regulatory principles.
